The Second Working Group Meeting of
"Capacity Enhancement for Development and Implementation of Smart
Specialisation Strategies in Türkiye's Regions (CEDIS3)" was held on 1
April 2024.
The meeting was chaired by the Head of the
Department of Planning, Programming and Urban Development of the Ministry of
Industry and Technology Ms Zeyneb Ersayın, and attended by experts from the
Operation Coordination Unit, Ankara Development Agency, Ahiler Development
Agency, West Mediterranean Development Agency, Eastern Anatolia Development
Agency, as well as the Technical Assistance Team.
The meeting was attended online by Mr
Dominique Foray, who contributed to the project to supervise and oversee the S3
Development Manual and the National S3 Roadmap.
Focusing on the critical activities of the
project, further planned training modules and the start of work in pilot
regions were also discussed.
