The Third Advisory Board Meeting under the ‘Capacity Enhancement for Development and Implementation of Smart Specialisation Strategies in Türkiye's Regions (CEDIS3) Project’ was held online on 20 January 2025.
The meeting was attended by the members of the Advisory Board, Mr. Dominique Foray, Professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, inventor of the concept of ‘smart specialisation’, Mr. Xabier Goenaga, Former Head of Unit at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (expert on innovation policies, SME activities and third mission activities of universities), Mr. Reza Zadeh, Executive Director of the European Foundation for Cluster Excellence (expert on cluster policy and regional innovation), members of the Operations Coordination Unit and the technical assistance team.
