The Smart Specialisation Forum, organised by the European Commission, took place in Barcelona, Spain on 28 November 2023 at 11:00 am (Turkish time). Mr Nida Kâmil Özbolat, CEDIS3 Project Key Expert, attended the event on behalf of the project team.
The Smart Specialisation Forum addressed both strategic and regulatory aspects of the smart specialisation policy-making process. Assessments on the development of the concept of Smart Specialisation and the challenges encountered in the process were discussed on the key structural elements of smart specialisation.
